A proven methodology, tested across sectors and countries
Our team has perfected a methodology comprising facilitation of multistakeholder engagement, capacity strengthening of civil society on tools and approaches for constructive engagement with government and the World Bank, and adaptive learning for course correction and for leveraging opportunities. While carefully adapted to suit each context and problem, this methodology has been successfully applied in the global south and in a variety of sectors, including public service sectors (water, sanitation, climate, health and education), and policy areas (climate finance, biodiversity, extractive industry and anti-corruption).
